Sitech Racing will ensure that products or services are delivered promptly and on time, in line with the product and / or service information supplied during the order process. However as with most service and product suppliers acts of God or unforeseen circumstances may prevail however Sitech Racing and our suppliers will keep you informed of any undue delay.
Our shopping cart will accept orders to destinations outside the UK but due to the varied dimensions and weights of goods we supply cannot apply an accurate shipping fee at the time you place your order. In such cases we will contact you on receipt of your order to advise the best cost we are offered from our range of carriers. If you are happy with the cost we will ask for payment so we can ship your goods, otherwise we will offer to cancel your order with full refund of payment already received for the goods.
We recommend that you contact us before placing an order via the shopping cart so that we can advise of the shipping cost up front.
Goods Faulty on Arrival or in use
Your product or service purchased is/are covered by manufacturers' warranty or guarantee as applicable and set out in the relevant product information.
All attempts should be made to reasonably allow Sitech Racing or the supplier to attempt to repair any problems identified
Goods Damaged in Transit
You should pay attention and make sure you inspect the product on delivery. Any damage should be noted by you and delivery agent on delivery form. Sitech Racing or the supplier if ordered direct will be responsible for reasonably prompt repair of any damage.
The cost of returning goods found to be faulty or not what was actually ordered will be refunded a rate agreed by telephone or email at the time the return is accepted. The cost of returning goods no longer wanted or purchased in error will be borne by the buyer.
